Check in is from 3pm and check out is from 11am. If you would like an earlier check in then contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

We will always post our cancellations or late availability on our social media pages and email listing.

Yes, we are open all year round, the pods are fully insulated, have double glazing windows, heaters in every room and quite a few fluffy blankets to keep you cozy, all year round.

The pod has a king bedroom, twin bedroom and double sofa bed in the living area so can sleep 6 people.

Yes, we provide bedding and towels. Towels are for use inside the pod only, if you wish to visit the beach or one of the local swimming pools then please bring your own towels.

Yes, we can provide travel cots and highchairs at an extra cost of £10 each.

There is strictly no smoking or vaping in the pod, you are free to smoke outside the pod. Anyone found to have been smoking inside the pod will incur a cleaning charge.

Yes, the pod has its own parking area on site.

No, unfortunately this is not something that we have but it may be something we will look at installing in the future.

Yes, there are bins provided which are in the car park area for general waste and two recycling bins.

Unfortunately, our pod is pet free.

Please leave the pod clean and tidy. We ask that you put all rubbish into the correct bins by the car park and wash up/put dishes in dishwasher before you leave. Guests that leave the pod in an unsatisfactory state will incur a cleaning charge taken from the card used to pay for your stay.

We strongly recommend that guests take out holiday insurance when booking to cover them in unforeseen events.

We have a two night minimum stay however, there may be the opportunity of one night stays between bookings but this will not be bookable online, if you do see any one night stays that a 2 night stay isn’t possible then please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you.

If a one night stay is what you are after, please get in touch via our email kelly@thevupod.co.uk. One night stays will incur an extra £20 charge.

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi available in the pod.

Please let us know immediately if you break, damage or lose something during your stay. Larger, more costly items that get broken or damaged will be charged for (taken from the card you used to book your stay with).
